Our in-house Month-of Coordination is ideal for couples who want to be fully present on their wedding day while knowing every detail is being handled behind the scenes.
This service is especially helpful if you:
Have multiple vendors (DJ, caterer, florist, photographer, rentals, etc.)
Are hosting both your ceremony and reception at Aspen & Alston
Want someone managing the timeline, cues, and transitions
Don’t want family or friends to be responsible for logistics
Want expert guidance for your wedding day flow
If you’re dreaming of a relaxed, well-paced day where you can simply enjoy getting married, this service was designed for you.
If you choose not to add coordination, that's perfectly okay. Many couples successfully manage their own wedding day or work with a full-service wedding planner. Our venue staff will continue to oversee venue operations, while planning, timeline management, vendor communication, and wedding-day coordination remain the responsibility of the couple or their planner.

Our in-house coordination service is designed specifically for Aspen & Alston weddings. Because our coordinators work at the venue regularly, they already understand the property, our procedures, vendor expectations, ceremony and reception transitions, and rain plans. That familiarity allows your wedding day to run more smoothly while giving you greater peace of mind.
Many couples find that having a coordinator who already knows the venue, rather than learning it on the wedding day, makes a noticeable difference in the overall wedding experience.

Aspen & Alston offers an optional in-house coordination service designed specifically for weddings at our venue. Because our coordinators know the property, our procedures, vendor expectations, and wedding-day flow, they are uniquely equipped to coordinate weddings at Aspen & Alston.
Couples working with a full-service wedding planner are welcome to discuss those arrangements with us during the planning process. Our goal is to ensure everyone understands the venue's policies and procedures so your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible.

IIf you choose not to add in-house coordination, you are still absolutely welcome to celebrate your wedding at Aspen & Alston. You will simply be responsible for the planning and management of your wedding day.
This means you will need to:
Assign a Wedding Day Decision Maker (someone other than the couple or a vendor)
Arrange for the setup of your personal décor
Provide a final wedding day timeline to your vendors
Ensure your vendors know where to go, when to arrive, and who to contact throughout the day
Our venue team will continue to oversee the property, venue operations, and guest flow. However, timeline management, ceremony cueing, vendor coordination, and overall wedding-day management are not included unless our in-house coordination service has been added.
